We had a really good stay in this family-friendly hotel. Everything was second to none, but a few employees were very rude. The location was fantastic, within a close distance from Centro Comercial Rubicon. There was plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to try....

Fine spot in Lanzarote 🌴
The pool area was super clean and never too busy, always snagged a sunbed. Plus, the staff were so chill and friendly. Loved the massive fridge in the apartment, perfect for keeping our drinks cold!
Just a minor thing, the kitchen could've used a few more utensils for cooking.

Great location in an exclusive area of the marina. Just a short 10 minute stroll along the promenade to get to the beach. Very large rooms, modern and clean. Very accomodating staff and good facilities. Excellent value for money. I don't think the reviews...

Location, next to marina, restaurants & supermarkets and on the promenade; Swimming pools very beautiful and warm in December; Staff, courteous and helpful; Parking: easy and free.
The beds are too hard (even though I like a hard bed) and the bedsheets too small.

It was very clean, close to the beach, aparment was spacious and the staff were very very helpful and friendly.
I think the kitchen was underwhelming, very hard to cook anything there, 1 pan, 1 pot, no kettle.

Good location and facilities excellent. Definately suited for a relaxing break. Room serviced regularly and efficiently
Could do with replenishing toiletries more frequently - only provided on arrival and not topped up throughout our stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was bright and impeccably clean, with excellent location on a proper refurbishment. We asked for apartment and it was good-sized for all your toiletries etc.
